Australian Academy of Science's annual symposium

On 12 August 2021, Veena will speak at the Australian Academy of Science's annual symposium, Science and the Public Good 2021, focusing on the benefits of chemistry innovations.

A Fellow of the Academy, Veena will be highlighting some of the UNSW SMaRT Centre sustainability innovations to help the symposium explore the value of science to everyone.

At Science and the Public Good, speakers will also highlight the critical importance of studying mathematics, chemistry, biology and physics, and how this fundamental knowledge is essential to scientific advances.
